Qvera Licensing and Pricing

Choose the approach that fits your deployment or offering.

All three licensing models apply to both Qvera Interface Engine (QIE) and Qvera DICOM Router (QDR).

Which licensing model fits your deployment?

Choose from Channel-based, Enterprise, or OEM licensing based on how you deploy or distribute QIE or QDR. These are commercial models, not feature tiers.

Channel-based licensing

Starting at $9,980 per year
(for 2 channels)

The more channels you license, the lower the cost per channel, so larger deployments cost far less than simple multiplication suggests.

  • Full capabilities of the licensed product
  • Production, test and developer licenses included
  • Standard support and onboarding
  • High availability available

Planning 5, 10, 25 or more channels?

Enterprise licensing

Contact Qvera for pricing

Best for large-scale deployments.

  • Full capabilities of the licensed product
  • Production, test and developer licenses included
  • Licensed by instance/HA-node count
  • Includes unlimited channels
  • Standard support and onboarding
  • High availability available

Need unlimited channels?

OEM licensing

Contact Qvera for pricing

For OEM partners embedding or distributing QIE or QDR.

  • Full capabilities of the licensed product
  • Production, test and developer licenses included
  • Qvera support for the OEM partner
  • Usage billed quarterly in arrears
  • Standard support and onboarding
  • High availability available

- All licensing models begin with a one-year initial term and auto-renew for additional terms unless otherwise agreed.
- Final pricing is confirmed with Qvera sales. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Larger licensing options include more developer licenses. Qvera sales sets the exact number in your quote.

What comes with your license?

  1. Complete product capabilities

Every licensing model includes the complete feature set of the QIE or QDR product being licensed. There are no Basic, Pro, or Enterprise feature editions. High availability is available across all three licensing models.

  2. Production, test and developer licenses

Every license covers one production instance and one test instance for staging, development and testing, and each runs the full license. Every license also includes developer licenses for developer workstations, and larger licensing options include more.

  3. Standard support and onboarding

Standard support is available from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Mountain Time by phone, email, support portal, and knowledge base. System-down emergencies receive 24/7 assistance. Live engineer assistance, onboarding support, and answers to simple interface-development questions are included.

  4. Services beyond standard support

Training and certification is available for an additional charge. More involved interface-development work is quoted separately under a statement of work. Explore Integration Services for fixed-scope projects, dedicated engineers, or fully managed integration services for QIE and QDR.

Remote Management Hub (RMH)

Remote Management Hub (RMH) brings every registered QIE and QDR site into one central dashboard. From a single console, operators can monitor the health and status of a mixed QIE and QDR fleet, review version and activity information, and open a site’s administration console when work is needed.

RMH is an optional add-on available with any QIE or QDR licensing model. It is licensed separately and sized by the number of sites you register. Learn more about Remote Management Hub.
